Returns or Exchange

WE MAKE IT EASY!

We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't—perhaps it's a little too big or small—we'll send you a new size in the same article.

We accept NO RETURNS.
You have up to 10 days to EXCHANGE same item if problem in its size. 

Make sure the product is Unused, undamaged and unwashed with tags in original packaging. 

 

How much will the return cost?

Free as it should be.

Generate a request by filling our contact form, specify a convenient pick up date, and we will manage the rest.

Eligibility

If you find any problems with your Celsius article size you may exchange the article up to 10 days from the date of purchase.

We will only accept articles that are returned in their original packaging, are unused, unwashed and undamaged with all tags still attached. Otherwise we may not accept the returns and send it back to the customer.


Process

The easiest way to exchange is to generate a request from our website. Write to us by filling in the form under Contact Us. We do not accept any calls for exchanges.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations will be accepted only within 24 hrs.

We are not able to cancel orders once they are collected by our delivery partners. For all accepted cancellations, we will refund your money within 7-10 working days.

DAMAGES:

Please do not accept a delivery if the packaging is not properly sealed or is damaged. Please inform our customer care department by emailing us with pictures attached.
